So I tried your configuration file, and (foolishly, yet again) didn't backup my config file before overwriting it with yours. Oh, also, i couldn't get it to launch from steam initially, neither the config or just playing the game, the game would launch from double clicking the executable though. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it through steam, verified file integrity, set compatibility mode to vista, 7 and 8, run as admin, override high dpi settings (running from htpc, 10 foot interface). So i try opening the config utility and it starts and then immediately closes. I (foolishly) didn't set the input to my Xbox one controller.
Odd thing, when i first installed it through steam, I was able to run the configuration utility. I also posted this on your youtube video.
